Piping Engineering


Pipe stress analysis of high temperature piping as per ASME B31.1, 31.3 and IBR steam lines using CAESAR II. Engineering activities include modeling line in CAESAR, Suggesting support type and routing changes, use of springs and expansion joints, qualifying lines in stress, qualifying loads on rotating equipment as per vendor allowable, support detailing, spring and expansion joint specification preparation, checking nozzle loads on pressure vessels using WRC 107, site construction support for verification of installations. (Current analysis capacity :- 200 lines per month)

Third party services for checking calculations done by vendors and engineering consultants

Finite Element Analysis for attachments to pressure vessels.

Analysis of IBR Stream lines for stress report submission to IBR.

Stress analysis of FRP/GRP lines.

Special support detailing using AUTO CAD

Deputation of skilled manpower on Hourly Basis.

Various Methodology to Execute Analysis Jobs:-

A) Piping (flexibility analysis) and support engineering for EPC, Engineering companies and skid mounted process unit manufacturers. Work done from our Mumbai office

Pipe stress analysis and supporting using CAESAR II and Navis.

Only checking of the work done by junior engineers of client.

Third party services for checking calculations done by vendors and engineering consultants

B) Deputation of senior engineers on short term for

Analysis of lines using CAESAR.

Checking of work done by junior engineers.

Working as a as third party (On behalf of client) for checking of work done by engineering consultants

Trouble shooting of piping leakage and other piping problems at site.

C) Deputation of a team of junior engineers (with / without CAESAR software) along with a senior checker for a fixed term for executing a complete job.
